What's inside.

Everything Cellrkit runs today, grouped the way the product is. If it is on this page, it is a screen you can open. Nothing here is a plan.

Six areas sit across the top. Pick one and the list down the side changes with it, so a cellar hand looking for a tank never scrolls past purchase orders to find it. Setup and admin sit under your name instead of taking up an area.

Harvest

Plan the picks, keep the grower records straight, take the fruit in.

Set a horizon and the planner shows you what fruit is coming against the tank space you actually have free, so a load is spoken for before it arrives. Growers keep their own certifications, their vineyards and the blocks under them. Book a delivery in ahead of time, or write up a walk-in while the trailer is still on the weighbridge.

Written down at intake
grower, vineyard, cultivar, vintage, mass off the bridge
Where a load sits
pending, active, completed
What it opens
the lot that everything later hangs off

Screens

Cellar

Where the day goes. Lots, tanks, ferments, results and doses in one place.

The overview opens with a sentence, not a wall of dials, and only raises something when there is something to raise. The lot is the spine of the whole system. Open one and you get its timeline, the tanks it has sat in, the lots it came from, its ferments, results, doses, jobs, nutrition, allocations and the cases it turned into.

Tabs on a lot
timeline, tanks, parent lots, ferments, results, doses, jobs, nutrition, allocations, cases
Tabs on a tank
timeline, details, contents, fill history, jobs
Ways to read results
by lot, by tank, everything, import history
Blend trials
active, executed, archived

Screens

Work

Plan the season, hand out the jobs, sign them off.

Work goes on a week board, out as work orders, and closed where it happens. A work order carries its own tasks, the lots and tanks it touches, what it used off stock, and a thread for the argument about how it went. Jobs that come round again come off a schedule.

Your list
what you have been given, plus unclaimed jobs anyone can take
On closing
stock used, wine moved and readings taken all land at once
Coming round again
a schedule writes the next work order for you

Screens

Packaging

The products you sell, the runs that fill them, the cases that come out.

A wine product is the thing you actually sell, with its bill of materials and the lots put into it. A run opens with its pre-bottling checks read off the record, and it will not go past them until whatever is missing has been measured. Out the other end comes a case-goods lot with its own balance and its own movements.

Pre-bottling checks
read off the lot record, not typed in again
Movement reasons
sorted, so a movement says why as well as how many
Filtering cases
status, product, bottling date, lot code

Screens

Stock and purchasing

What you have, where it is, and how it got there.

Dry goods, packaging and additives sit in locations and bins. When somebody picks things up they carry them in their own bin until they put them down or use them, so nothing is in two places at once on paper. Purchase orders run from raising to receiving, and barrels carry the cooperage they came from.

Locations
stores and bins, and you can build them in bulk
Carry bin
what one person is holding between picking and placing
Purchasing
raise it, send it, receive against it, or cancel it

Screens

Records and reports

The proof. Production documents, the reports, and the log behind everything.

Eleven reports read straight off the work you logged, instead of a second set of books somebody has to keep. They download as CSV for whatever you have to hand in. Behind them sits one log that records every add, change and removal, with the person, the time and the fields that moved.

One log line
time, person, record, what happened, which fields moved
Keeping it
nothing deleted outright, held the five years SAWIS expects
Getting it out
CSV off the report screens, for your own reporting

Screens

Access and setup

Who may do what, and the lists behind the screens.

Roles are bundles of permissions and people hold one or more. What a role cannot reach is hidden, and refused again on the server. The lists underneath decide what the working screens can offer you: your additives and what is in them, your parameters and their limits, your tank types, your lot types, and the dropdowns worded the way your cellar says them.

Where allergens come from
what is in the additive, not what the label says
Lists we keep
maintained by Avenera, and you can copy one and change it
Where it is enforced
on screen for clarity, on the server for real

Screens

Beyond the rail

Always within reach.

A few things do not belong to any one area, so they follow you round all of them.

Search

Jump to a lot, a tank or a job by name from wherever you are, instead of walking the menus to get there.

Calculators

The winemaking sums, open on top of whatever you were busy with, so a quick check does not cost you your place.

Notifications

What changed, what is late, and what has been said on a job since you last looked at it.
