Why it exists

One place, instead of ten spreadsheets.

Most cellars run on a stack of spreadsheets, a clipboard on the tank and a notebook in someone's pocket. The Brix reading lives in one place, the addition in another, and the tank volume is whatever it was last Tuesday.
