- What is included?
- Everything the product does. Harvest through bottling, the reports, the phone app the floor works off, and the audit record underneath all of it. There is one tier.
- What is the difference between the two prices?
- When you pay. R1,299 a month is the annual arrangement, R1,499 is month to month. The product is the same.
- We have more than 8 people. What happens?
- Each account past eight is R149 a month. Add someone for harvest and take them off in June if that is how your season runs.
- Do the cellar hands need their own licence for the app?
- No. A person's account works in the browser and in the phone app, so someone who plans at a desk in the morning and closes jobs on the floor after lunch is one account and one R149.
- Is anything charged per lot, per ton or per litre?
- No. The price does not move with how much wine you make.
