Features
What Cellrkit covers
From the weighbridge to the bottle, grouped by the job in the cellar. Every screen shown is the real product, with the demonstration cellar.
Harvest
Know what fruit is coming, and keep the grower with the load.
- Planned deliveries
- Book a load in ahead with its grower, cultivar and kilos, so the weighbridge knows what is coming.
- Weighing
- Weigh the load in and print the receipt, and the load has its lot.
Fermentation
See the ferment that needs you before you walk the floor.
- Fermentation board
- Every ferment on one board, with the stuck ones first and the tanks nobody has read lately next.
- The curve
- Each reading draws the ferment, so a slowing tank shows before it stops.
Lab and dosing
Results where the wine is, and the dose worked out for you.
- Lab report import
- Send in the printed report from the lab and check the readings before they are saved, with no retyping.
- Dosing
- Give a rate or a target and get the grams to weigh out, with the legal SO2 limit in view.
- Blend trials
- Build a blend on screen, watch the Wine of Origin shares move, and compare trials before any wine does.
The cellar
Every tank and barrel, where it stands and what is in it.
- Cellar map
- A drawn plan of your cellar showing how full each tank is, what is fermenting, what is stuck, and which row each barrel is in.
- Transfers and racking
- Move wine and both tanks update together, with the loss worked out and the lees accounted for.
- Bottling days
- Plan the bottling, then record each day on the line: litres out of each tank and bottles into stock.
Work
Plan the work and hand it over. The record comes back with it.
- Planning board
- Your whiteboard and your real work in one week, where a note becomes a job when you are ready.
- Work orders
- The instruction, the person and the actual result stay together. Finishing the job writes the record and sends it to the winemaker to approve.
Stock, trace and reports
The question that turns up months later, answered on one page.
- Receiving
- Every delivery is booked in with its supplier lot, which is what makes the trace possible later.
- Stock counts
- Count a store on the phone without seeing the book figure first.
- Ingredient trace
- Pick an ingredient on any wine and see which supplier batches went in, and by what route.
- Genealogy
- What a blend is made of, back to the fruit, and where each wine went next.
- Recall
- Start from a supplier batch and see which bottled wines it was recorded in and where they went.
- Reports
- Cellar stock on a past day, additions, movements, bottling and more, each one exported to CSV.
- Audit log
- Every reading, dose, move and correction keeps the person and the time, and a correction leaves the original readable.
Help and getting started
Easy to begin, and easy to ask.
- Ask
- Ask in your own words, or say what you did and check the record it prepares.
- Bringing your cellar in
- Start with your lots and their volumes as they stand today, from one spreadsheet.
